All refunds must fall within 30 calendar days of purchase. We may provide a full refund after 30 days solely at our discretion. This money back guarantee does not apply to multi-user or business licenses.

If the product has not been registered we will provide you with a full refund.

If the product has already been registered, a full refund will be given subject to a successful un-registration of this product.

To un-register, first Launch Monkey Merge. Select the "Help/License/Un-Register" menu item from the Monkey Merge main window and follow the onscreen instructions. If the "Help/License" menu item is not present then you have not successfully registered Monkey Merge.
