navigating folders (directory jump)

Josh E The FM interface has improved considerably, but I still haven't found a simple way to 'jump' to a specific folder (as opposed to clicking my way using the folder tree/navigator). Usually when I need FM to do something I am "already there" (e.g., in Windows Explorer). I know about the right-click functionality in Explorer, but it seems the FM interface should still have some kind of an address bar (instead of having to use the clunky tree navigator). If it hasn't already, please consider this a suggestion.

Thanks, Josh

Hi,
have you considered using the favorites menu?

You can add frequently used folders to the favorites menu and then jump to the folders by selecting them from the menu.

monkeyjob.
