License Codes

If you own a single license then your license code is the 20 character piece of text consisting of numbers only that was sent to you by email when you purchased your license. If you have lost or forgotten your license code then please email us for assistance (monkeyjob@monkeyjob.com)

If you own more than one license then for each computer that FileMonkey is installed on, you need to email the computer id to monkeyjob@monkeyjob.com and we will send you the corresponding license code.

You can find your computer id on the first screen that appears when you launch FileMonkey

If you are upgrading from version 8, you need to email the computer id to monkeyjob@monkeyjob.com and we will send you the corresponding license code.

If you wish to swap a license from one computer to another then you first need to un-register your old computer and then send us the computer id of your new computer. To un-register a computer, launch FileMonkey on the computer that you wish to un-register. From the main window, select the Online/License/Un-register menu item and then follow the on-screen instructions.
